Scott Valins is a Tampa, Florida native who has tutored in cities all over the country including Los Angeles, New York and Tampa. Scott graduated with a BA in Psychology from Cornell University in 2001 and lived in California for five years before returning to New York City at the end of 2008 to launch Satellite Test Prep with his brother Drew. Scott is passionate about the power of online tutoring - he dreams of tutoring a student in every continent right from his desktop computer in New York.
Drew Valins, 34, has been helping students prepare for standardized tests for the past 11 years. Drew graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with focuses on French, Theater, and Pre Medicine, and then received a MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. For the past six years, Drew has been living in New York City where he spends his time pursuing his two passions: Acting and Tutoring.
